Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP)

One of the most crucial things offered to car buyers is GAP coverage.
Additionally, since enrollment may only be chosen when financing the initial contract, it’s critical to close the deal when the buyer buys the car. The GAP product from Omega AutoCare has an MSRP of 150%, terms up to 96 months, and delivers underwriting profit to the dealer. Finance businesses want to use it for their loans because it is easy to sell.
The majority of car owners mistakenly believe that their car will be replaced at the price they paid for it or at the very least the amount they still owe on their loan if it is totaled. Of course, this is not the case. The owner of the car typically has little equity in it, especially during the first half of the loan repayment. when markups are included in auto loans. The GAP is considerably greater after interest, tax, and document/title fees.

  • Brakes Pads/Shoes Credit
